A Panel discussion on the human rights risks and opportunities emerging in climate change policy.  The panel features Land Tenure Center visiting scholars Luis Suarex (Pontificia Catholic University), Ecuador, and Director, Conservation International-Ecuador) and Manolo Morales (Director, Ecolex, an environmental NGO).
